After sitting under a tree on a bear path protected from the rain for 8 hours this magnificent creature chose to shake directly across the stream from me. It stared into my eyes before and after the shot. It was an incredible moment I had envisioned and hoped to witness. This bear went on up the stream to catch a salmon.
